      1. 什么是 RoHS ？
　　 RoHS 是《電氣、電子設備中限制使用某些有害物質指令》(the Restriction of the use of certainhazardous substances in electrical andelectronic)的英文縮寫。

　　2. 有害物質是指哪些？
　　RoHS一共列出六種有害物質，包括：鉛Pb，鎘Cd，汞Hg，六價鉻Cr6+，多溴二苯醚PBDE，多溴聯苯PBB。
　

    3. 為什么要推出RoHS?
　　首次注意到電氣、電子設備中含有對人體健康有害的重金屬是2000年荷蘭在一批市場銷售的游戲機的電纜中發現鎘。事實上，電氣電子產品在生產中目前大量使用的焊錫、包裝箱印刷的油墨都含有鉛等有害重金屬。

　　4. 何時實施RoHS?
　　歐盟將在2006年7月1日實施RoHS，屆時使用或含有重金屬以及多溴二苯醚PBDE，多溴聯苯PBB等阻燃劑的電氣電子產品將不允許進入歐盟市場。

　　5. RoHS具體涉及那些產品？
　　RoHS針對所有生產過程中以及原材料中可能含有上述六種有害物質的電氣電子產品，主要包括：白家電，如電冰箱，洗衣機，微波爐，空調，吸塵器，熱水器等，黑家電，如音頻、視頻產品，DVD，CD，電視接收機，IT產品，數碼產品，通信產品等；
　　電動工具，電動電子玩具，醫療電氣設備。

　　6. 目前RoHS進展情況？
　　一些大公司已經注意到RoHS并開始采取應對措施，如SONY公司的數碼照相機已經在包裝盒上聲明：本產品采用無鉛焊接；采用無鉛油墨印刷。
　　信息產業部2004年也出臺了《電子信息產品污染防治管理辦法》內容與RoHS類似，并于十月份成立了“電子信息產品污染防治標準工作組”，研究和建立符合我國國情的電子信息產品污染防治標準體系；開展與電子信息產品污染防治有關的標準研究和制修訂工作，特別是加快制定產業急需的材料、工藝、名詞術語、測試方法和試驗方法等基礎標準。
